St Margaret's Church, Ifield, West Sussex

The Organ has 34 speaking stops with two on each division capable of drawing alterable voices from the built-in library. The light oak console is on the South side of the church and the speaker systems are mounted high on in the West end on the East facing Tower arch wall. The console also has built in speakers and a switch on the console allows selection between internal, West-end or both. The Swell and Great are under expression with independent swell pedals.
As can be seen from the stop jamb photos below, the swell and great stop heads are coloured white and the pedal stop heads are black. Couplers and tremulant controls are by rocker tablets above the swell keyboard
The pipe organ was built by Kirkland in 1896 and is playable. The church are currently trying to find a buyer for this fine old instrument.
