The Methodist Church, Hadleigh, Essex

Hadleigh Methodist Church is a rather splendid building - in particular the barrel roof with plaster mouldings. The old organ, of little artistic merit needed a comprehensive rebuild, and as funds were lacking, the church decided to invest in an Eminent custom-built organ
The instrument has 37 speaking stops and tremulants to both Swell and Great. The Great and Swell organs are under separate expression. The light medium oak console is at the front of the church on the right, and the amplification and speaker systems are mounted on the West wall in North and South locations (the cabinets are specially designed to reflect the curve of the barrel roof).
