The Eminent Digital Computing Series (DCS) of organs have been the "workhorse" of the Eminent range of organs for many years, and are the best-selling instruments of their type in the UK. But of course we have not stood still; there have been developments and improvements in both their design and technology and now, remaining, in common with all other Eminent organs, at the fore-front of digital organ computing.
The organs are available in 4 models having 2 or 3 manuals, 21 to 52 speaking stops and 30 or 32 note pedalboards. They share the same brilliant Eminent organ sound generation system, and have the highest level of specification for use in the smallest chapel to the largest cathedral, as well as for home practice. To accommodate these wide variety of needs each organ is built to order incorporating exactly the facilities and technology required. Most models are available with internal or external speakers, the latter almost always being required for use in churches where up to 32 independent channels of sound can be provided.

The consoles are available in a number of different designs, and can be built in any wood finish, or in solid timbers of your choice. This is often important in installations in new buidlings where the console is required to match the finish of surrounding furnishings. It is also possible for the console to be designed in the same style as surrounding furnishings. External speaker cabinets are designed specifically for each installation and are provided in a colour matched or natural wood finish. Our in house architect is able to consult with design architects at an early stage to advise on the acoustic and physical requirements of a digital organ installation. The DCS organs have a very complete standard specification and there are no hidden extra costs required to make a fully functional instrument. In particular these organs are built with your choice of stoplist at no extra cost. |
