The
Cantata series of organs are fully specified drawstop instruments designed
to have the most compact consoles compliant with IOB recommended dimensions.
Using our high quality external amplification and speaker systems, providing
up to 32 independent channels of sound, they are suitable for churches,
or are often installed as home practice instruments with smaller or
internal speaker systems. They have a very complete no-compromise standard
specification which may personalised at little or no extra cost.
The Cantata
organs are available in 3 models having 2 or 3 manuals, 28, 33 or 41
speaking stops and 30 or 32 note pedalboards. The drawstops are operable
by a departmental capture system. The Cantata organs use the same unsurpassed
organ sound generation system as all other Eminent instruments, and
are built with your choice of stops. Lower cost illuminated "push-pull"
stops can be provided as an alternative to motorised stops. To
accommodate these wide variety of needs each organ is built to order
incorporating exactly the facilities and technology required for each
situation.

The
consoles can be built in any wood finish, or in a variety of designs,
including a fully panelled console in solid timbers of your choice
(see DCS 386 illustration). This is often important in installations
in new buildings where the console is required to match the finish
of surrounding furnishings. Our in-house architect is able to
consult with design architects at an early stage to advise on the
acoustic and physical requirements of a digital organ installation.
